Abnormal noise, cylinder knocking: incorrect injection timing, abnormal pressure

Circuit fault: coil short circuit/open circuit (fault code: 3-6, 4-5)

High oil consumption: internal seal failure, oil escapes into the combustion chamber

7. Key points for replacement and maintenance

Cat ET detector must be used: coding, calibration, cylinder disconnection test

After replacement: exhaust air, measure cylinder pressure, and run in at idle speed for 30 minutes

It is recommended that 6 cylinders be replaced at the same time (same batch, same model) to avoid uneven working conditions.

Synchronous replacement: diesel filter element, sealing ring, oil return check valve

Original/remanufactured with warranty; repair includes needle valve, plunger, spring, solenoid valve, and seals
