1. Burning engine oil, large exhaust gas at the bottom: wear of four supporting components, broken piston rings

2. Low oil pressure: wear of large and small tiles, strained crankshaft journal

3. Abnormal noise and large vibration: large gap between connecting rod bushes and bent crankshaft

4. High water temperature: water pump is damaged, cylinder water channel is clogged

5. Insufficient power: supercharger failure, poor atomization of the fuel injector

5. Key points for installation and use

Before installation: clean the oil passage, pre-fill engine oil, and check the bearing clearance

After starting: idle for 3-5 minutes before loading to avoid dry grinding

Maintenance: Change engine oil and filter every 250 hours, clean air filter regularly

Shutdown: idle for 1 minute and then turn off the engine to protect the supercharger and bearings
